A wise person once said that as long as politicians want the credit and they need it before the next election cycle, the world’s problems will never be solved. The Talmud tells us that when we credit others for the work we do, in the end, perhaps long after we’re gone, other will acknowledge the work we did. Who do we learn this from? Moses, who prayed: God, turn back from Your flaring wrath…Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel…and in the Psalms, King David remembered that God would have wiped out Israel were it not for Moses His chosen one… He turned back His wrath from destruction. In his lifetime, Moses credited others but after he was gone, we realized that all the credit went to him.
